ROLLER CONVEYORS

• Roller conveyors are primarily used to convey products packed in crates, cardboard cartons and totes.

• Jadec offers both driven roller and gravity roller conveyors.

• Non-powered gravity roller conveyors are often used for accumulation in packing lines and dispatch systems.

• Available in straight lengths, 45 degree and 90 degree bends.

MODULAR BELT CONVEYORS

• Belts are built from plastic links and rods
• Extremely LOW maintenance, no belt tracking and no tensioning required.
• Easy to remove for regular high pressure cleaning.
• Repair belts in minutes by removing rods and replacing links.
• Damaged links are quickly and easily stripped out and replaced in position without the need for splicing equipment or specialized tools and training.
• Modular belts are ideal for conveying a wide variety of food stuffs from dry grains, fresh fruit, cut vegetables to processed frozen food, raw meat, fish and poultry. 

WOVEN & THERMOPLASTIC BELT CONVEYORS

• Used to convey products on a flat or troughed belt without the product penetrating or passing through the belt.
• Wet products, sticky products and products with a small particle size can be conveyed, such as avocado puree, minced meat, spices and powders. This includes many products which cannot be pumped or conveyed with a screw conveyor due to the nature of the product or the damage that could result.
• Woven and Thermoplastic belts are used for dry grains, fresh fruit and vegetable processing, frozen food, raw meat, fish and poultry.
• These belts lend themselves well to fitting belt scrapers to remove build-up of difficult to convey products.

METAL DETECTOR CONVEYORS

Features of Jadec custom fabricated metal detector conveyors:

• “Stand Alone” conveyors that are not connected to other conveyors so as to ensure total isolation from vibrations and electrical currents.
• Designed to insulate moving parts that produce the build up of “Eddy Currents” and static electricity.

OVERHEAD CONVEYORS

Overhead conveyors are fantastic “Space Saving” solutions.

Monorail tracks can be installed to follow almost any continuous path. Tracks can be routed to follow production lines and packing stations, to circulate crates and packaging cartons to operators working below, completely eliminating the need to stack crates and cartons on production floors.
